About Michelle

I am an experienced non-profit strategist and business consultant, specializing in Board-supported hiring processes, interim executive services, operational execution, systems and data analysis, and change management. My approach emphasizes inclusive leadership, where all stakeholders are valued, engaged, and empowered to contribute to meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

Over the course of my career, I have helped initiate change in the lives of many as a Prosci® certified change practitioner, licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado, certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner, and equine-assisted therapist.

All of my work is rooted in creating equitable approaches through human-centered and inclusive design, ensuring culturally responsive engagement at every level.
