About Michelle
I am an experienced non-profit strategist and business consultant, specializing in Board-supported hiring processes, interim executive services, operational execution, systems and data analysis, and change management. My approach emphasizes inclusive leadership, where all stakeholders are valued, engaged, and empowered to contribute to meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Over the course of my career, I have engaged in collaborative change with many different individuals, groups, and organizations as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, and equine-assisted psychotherapist.
Change can happen without notice or choice. Even when we make intentional choices to go through a transformation it is still challenging. My work is rooted in the value of collaboration, creating equitable approaches for people to engage in change efforts through human-centered and inclusive design, ensuring culturally responsive engagement at every level.
